Background and Objective: Investigation of the quantity and quality of crimes committed in the city of Qavar in 2010 and 2011 as the closest city to the center of Fars province and identifying the most important demographic, ecological and ecological factors affecting crime in this city, in order to provide indigenous prevention strategies. Crime is one of the most important goals of the present study.
Method: The present research is a descriptive-analytical one and the data were collected by documentary and field method by referring to the Quarterly Department of Justice and reviewing the existing files in the criminal records enforcement archive.
Results: The findings show 61% of crimes against individuals, 30% against property and property and 9% against public safety and security. Sixty percent of the felony counts of three counts of negligent driving result in bodily injury and death, theft and intentional assault and manslaughter, which is a major and frequent crime in the county.
Results: 68% of the perpetrators were young, 53% of the perpetrators were robbed and 22% of them were non-natives, the most important results of the ecological, demographic and ecological status of the city were not so favorable to crime. Preventive solutions are provided.
