Background and Aim: In parallel with the widespread influence of cyberspace at both macro (government) and micro (citizens) levels, its security has also been in the spotlight. Although not all delinquent activities in cyberspace are the same in terms of subject, delinquent motive, importance and effects of perpetrating behavior, but because all delinquent behaviors in some way impair security in this space with delinquent behaviors in space Real share. Therefore, the present study was conducted to investigate and analyze new cybercrime prevention strategies.
Method: The present study is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive-analytical in terms of research method. The research data has been studied inductively-deductively and while using library resources, it has examined various types of criminal and non-criminal preventive policies in the field of domestic and international law.
Results: It should be noted that crimes in cyberspace are committed in a different context and with a certain quality, so any preventive action, including social, situational and criminal prevention should be prepared in accordance with this space. Accordingly, and considering the specific characteristics of cybercrime, the approach to dealing with these crimes requires the adoption of special preventive measures in the form of social prevention.
Conclusion: Among the social measures to prevent the occurrence of cybercrime can be family-oriented programs, cyber-educational measures, raising media literacy, setting behavioral codes, informing and informing, participation and consensus, promotion, accountability and transparency, culture-building and media production
