One of the most important events occurred in the last decades, after period that known as “Linguistic Turn” in the fields of philosophy, psychology, sociology and politics and etc. is to emphasize the concept of “language” in recognition and explanation of social realities. Which means, not only the language is not apart from reality, but also it can lead us to reality. Scholars in the field of discourse, believe that discourse will be gained as a result of studying language as social phenomenon or sociological approach which implies that context is a social concept that can be defined in social relations and it is dependent to those relations. Also it can
be affective factor for produce, change and reproduce the object of social life.
In this paper is discussed the concept and some theories of discourse, importance and necessity of that, in advancing of preventive objectives of the social deputy and prevention of committing crime of judiciary.
