Imam Khomeini issued an 8 items decree in 15/12/1982 to enforce in Tripartite. The main objective of this decree was to observe and consideration of privacy right by government.
He appointed Chief Justice of the Supreme Court and Prime minister of time as responsible for handling. In the other word, this decree is one of the best works of Imam Khomeini about private law and citizenship against governance which has been named as “Charter of Human Dignity” and all of 8 items emphasized on respecting individual rights, considering legal criteria in encountering with religious-civic laws.
Apparently the decree’s addressees were tripartite but as frankly mentioned in the text: “anybody is responsible to this issue”.
Since topics related to citizenship has been important in articles and speeches about public rights, basic rights and legal rights of individuals, and also necessity of paying fundamental attention it is require to have a deeper sight to such a significant issue. From viewpoint of this quarterly, this article has a special attitude which look like an oral history instead of the scientific research, with an attractive and carful vision and also with a genuine articulate to hidden and obvious layers of that lasting massage Any audience is attracted to that apparently old message which has today’s vitality and On the other hand, the motivation of utilization of its endless capacity in the governance system adding up mentioning it in the favorable articles till in the upcoming issues discus from the point of view of crime prevention and other point of view.
