Background and Aim: Transparency of Information is a project that aims to expose all public activities related to society and tries to make it easier for citizens to observe the activities that are being done and if needed. Undertake a peer review so they can counteract the growth of economic crime by their assessments. Therefore, given the importance of dealing with crime in the economic field, it is important to consider preventive measures, including the term "transparency of information".
Methodology: The purpose of this study is practical and descriptive-analytical in terms of type of research.
Results and Findings: The results show that one of the most effective means of preventing economic crimes is the application of the principle of transparency. In support of the principle of transparency, the first point is to consider the issue of legalization and adoption of a comprehensive system for the registration and dissemination of all financial and economic activities of individuals in line with the principle of transparency and the firm support of the criminal justice system through Ensuring proper implementation and realization of the principle of transparency and, ultimately, economic justice.
